I have paid full money for 5 people for uk tour for may,
This included the syba (Secure your non refundable booking amount)
I have already mailed them that due to covid 19 obviously the tour cant go ahead. Informed them more than 45 days ago.
Still they are not refunding the money or even replying to my mails.
