SOTC — unprofessional and fraud

I booked a tour to us with the company. After the booking nobody was available to resolve a simple query about the dates also. Every call was met with "we will get back to you on the issue". I would want my booking amount to be refunded.
They portray themselves as a big company but are actually a bunch of frauds who take no responsibility once they get the money.
