On 20/07/18, at10:09:22 i have tried to book a ticket for karunamoyee - durgapur a/c bus by my hdfc credit card ending with 4691. Amt of rs 360 deducted from my credit card at sbstc booking 1182224, but no ticket was booked. Till today no refund also received through the card.
On the same date at 22:25:58, again have tried to book same ticket, again rs 360 deducted from my credit card ending with 4691 at sbstc booking 1182224, but no ticket was booked & till today no refund received through card.
