South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — 22767010 ph:3 meter against ca no[protected] not working

My above meter is not working since last three months and i am getting average bill every month.
Meter reading of previous and current month always shown on my bill is same that is 9778.
It is worth to mention here that i am a senior citizen and i do not stay regularly in this place where this meter is fixed.
So please look into the matter and rectify my bill in coming months and meter also.

Dear Sir, I was applied for a new connection, dated-08.01.19, my new connection receipt no. is, KHE[protected]N0004, but no any person coming for meeter fix.
