South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — access bill amount

Sir,
My consumer no. Is [protected] and consumer name is tofik khan. I have been charged an amount of rs. 2691/- for bill due date 04/07/18 to 03/08/18.
My family lives at gaya bihar and almost in all month my house near about vacant and door were locked. Only in the monthof may and june we stayed for few days at my house for which consumer no. Is mentioned.
So how can it is possible to get meter reading even when door is locked and also giving incorrect meter reading in the bill.
Kindly look into the meter and provide me correct bill amount so that i could pay it on due time.
