South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — additional surcharge imposed before due date of my bill

Madam/sir,
This is to intimate you for clarification as well as intervention in case of additional charges imposed on my bill through hand written words as "rcdc" of rs 118/- additionally. The due date of my bill is[protected] and there is no arrears at all.
The person who visited my house on 23/07/2019 did not introduce himself and apart form that he insisted that you connection will be cut. My wife was alone at the home with only 4 year old son. She feels harassed on account of such behavior of your official who visited my house on[protected]. Now the bill has been paid along with additional charges of rs. 118/-. All the receipts are attached herewith for your kind perusal. Please look into the matter and take proper action or give me clarification.
