South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — allotment of 02 consumer no. for 01 house/owner

Address: Bikramganj, rohtas ,bihar 802212, Patna, Bihar

Since feb 2018, i am paying electricity bill against consumer no.[protected]. Name-binod kumar pandey, registered mob. No. [protected]. Today (25 jun 19), i received a message on my registered mob no. ([protected]), that i have alloted with consumer no.[protected] against nsc application no. [protected] for same house/ownership. So, if i have not applied for fresh connection/ signed any application on this regard, how have i being alloted with an additional consumer no. For same house?
