South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — allotment of an additional consumer no. for one house/owner

Address: Bikramganj,Rohtas, bihar 802212, Patna, Bihar

Since nov 2017, i am paying elctricity bill against consumer no. On name of binod kumar pandey, registered mob. No. [protected] for my house at bikramganj, rohtas, bihar 80212. On 25 jun 2019, i received a message on my registered mob no., stating that i have alloted 01 another consumer no.[protected] against nsc application no. [protected] for my same house/owner. Neither i have applied for another connection nor submitted any signed application, then how it possible? Please inquire the matter and resolve as soon as possible.
