I was making payment on 17 january 2019 for my electricity bill of ca number:[protected], while making the final payment amount was deducted and shown error and bill was not paid. I made another payment and paid the bill for same ca number. I used icici bank for this transaction. This has happened before too.
I want to request my refund of my amount of 1004/- rs. Please reply as soon as possible

Updated by vineetkrs Yesterday I got another SMS and email for the receipt of failed payment, Money Receipt No:SBBD[protected] and Transaction ID : SB[protected] stating that my payment is successful. How can it be happened that I paid twice for the same CA number:[protected].
But When I check online bill view on SBPDCL website, it shows this Money Receipt No:SBBD[protected] and Transaction ID : SB[protected] for the same CA number. So it means other receipt is fake or overpaid for the same bill. I want my refund for paying twice for the one bill. I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and get my refund process in my account.
