I Shailesh kumar singh, consumer ac no[protected],
legacy no[protected],
is a consumer of south bihar power distribution company ltd, my bill(bill no-no[protected]) in which arrears of previous bill for rs.1513.9 is shown, while consulting & talking about that the said amount is already paid. The receiving officer signed on the bill & said to pay the amount 1134(only for the current month) which i subsequently paid.
Again bill for the month of jan-2016(bill no-[protected]) comes in which the arrears of 1525.55 was shown. When i again consulted the concerned authority, they said as there was a problem in their kiosk, so they have not updated this & said to pay entire amount along with arrears (rs 3461), which i had not have at that time .Also in that case they do not issue bill if advance amount is shown in there system.
Therefore, i have not paid that amount, after consulting several times i was only orally assured that it will be corrected.But nothing happened.
It is company's regular practice to harass consumer, sir i am govt employee & aged also. I can not afford regular visit of office, three months ago they have provided 3 months bill altogether saying that there was a problem in their site for why they were unable to generate bill for three months.
Is this the way for business, kindly help me in this regard.

SBPDCL — Electricity bill
My consumer id is pmt/ds/8816.i amnot getting electricity bill monthly also bill not uploaded in your web site and not receiving sms about bill .
