Sir/madam i had paid rs 1600/- on 02 jun 2017 against our consumer no. Lalm/ds/18684 now it become [protected]. But online bill showing not paid. However i have paid rs 2874/-on 04 sep 2017 & rs 1214/-on 06 jan 2018 on line. Please credit rs 1600/- against our consumer no. I had paid vide receipt no. 447289 dated 02/06/2017 your representative kamlesh singh at shambhuganj. Please check your records and update. Thanking you

Updated by Jayprakash jha I have approach to Amarpur Office and given xerox copy of receipt of payment. Till date not credited. Number of people given the amount against his own consumer number. But every body facing same problem.
