South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — bill update too late

Sir, i submitted my bill on 24 june 17 amount of 5978/- rs trough payumoney (Online). But till now it is not updated and new bill is coming with d. P. S charge. I talked to my subdivision office kuchaykot. They are telling it will be updated. It is going to be complete 2 month. But still now i m waiting for update. Sir plss help me.
