South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — bpl connections are going on in the name of the deceased grandfather

I am Ranjit Kumar, son of Awadhesh Singh Jairam Singh village, Manjaur district, of Warisliganj District Nawada.
BPL electricity connections have been started in the name of my grandfather Jayaram Singh from 3 years ago, while they have already passed 10 years.Whose consumer number is[protected], [protected]. We did not take this connection.
The connection we are using is in the name of Nirmala Devi of my mother, whose consumer number is [protected].
I and my family did not know anything about grandfather connection and it was never used.A month ago I was billed to my grandfather's name, so I applied to the Warisliganj Power office to get it shut down but it has not been closed yet.The concerned officer is asking me to deposit the bill. While I am submitting a bill for my connection to the name of my mother, Then why should I give two bills in one connection?
So please help me and stop the unnecessary connection to my grandfather's name.
