South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Delay in new connection more than six months

Address: A-70, Alinagar, Anisabad, Patna, Bihar

I had applied for a domestic connection single phase request no. [protected] on[protected].
Since then i have enquired several about the connection. They replied that every thing is okay but you have to come to the office and meet office bearer. Everytime they are asking me to come to the office, why, everybody knows.
On other hand in the same building another connection applied three months after this application and they have given connection to it, but not me, why?
Kindly look into the matter and inform me.
