Dear sir
I requested for the disconnection of electricity on 28th june 2017. All the procedure was done by me, but still the staff is not taking any response. He called me many times in the office i did it, but every time he mad a lame excuse. I said this to departmental officer's to resolve it but attitude was same. Please suggest me what can i do

Sir, from 28/12/2017 midnight the supply of electricity disconnected in our village nonhi math. when i went to the office no once answered the about the cause please help us
