South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — disconnection of my ca. no.[protected]

My ca no.[protected] has been disconnected by the sbpdcl jehanbad purvi without any prior notice. My vidyut meter is also removed by the deptt. Without noting last consumed unit. Now the deptt. Has fined very big amt. My load is 2kw and monthly bill comes around 250 to 400 unit average monthly. As i am in dipression due to disconnectio of electric and passing the life without water and electricity with family. I therefore request you to kindly solve my problem as early possible. My mob.
