Dear sir, my customer ID number is [protected]. My electricity bill is very high as compared to my usege. Today it is disconnected as I have already paid my bills. I want to ask you, why my electricity is disconnected? I have already paid the higher electricity bill. Nothing is pending. Still it is disconnected. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
