My customer ID is[protected], Kankarbagh Dn, Patna . On 08/06/2019 I was trying online payment of my bill of Rs 741.00 from my PNB bank account but there was some transaction problem. Then I made the payment from HDFC bank account. After some time the PNB bank transaction was also done. Thus there was a double payment of Rs 741.
Kindly confirm that extra Rs 741 has bee kept in my account as advance deposit.If not what are the other options available ?
