Hello,
I have paid my all bills payment of amt rs.31096/- to sbpdcl. The problem is that department has locked my account. Now none bill i can see in my electricity account. When i reached at department to asking why my account has been locked then they replied you have to go to electric supply division banka & there you have to pay some amount. My question is when i cleared my all bills payment then why should i pay the amount to unlock my account.
So, please take some necessary steps to resolved this problem.

For last year mar16 not a single computerized bill has been generated.against c a no.[protected].i use to pay by taking self reading in the gulzarbagh division patna.request generate bill monthly to pay on line regular
