Sir/ mam,
My consumer no. Is tarsp/ds/1274. I have received my last electricity bill no. 973567 dated 27/10./16. I have not been recevied any bill after 27/10/2016. My electric meter was not working that time and did complaint to your branch office at sangrampur block, munger district. After that in may 2017 a new electric meter was activated by your side and old meter was returned on same date. Although, after that also i have not received any bill. But suddenly i have received a sudden bill with rs. 8175.00/- on 18/09/17.
Now, sir please tell me if my meter was not working and connection was off during 27/10/16 to may 2017 as reason i mentioned above. So, kindly tell me please how the bill is summed up rs. 8175/- from may to july 2017? And why could i pay this huge amount for whay type of charges?
Why your branch have not given month to month bill to me?
Please clearify all and do something for modify the above charges of rs. 8175/- judeceously. I will sent this issue to consumer forum and rti forum also until or unless a corrected bill or details will be provided by your side as eralierest.
I am also a central govt. Officer i could understand rules and regulation and ready to pay bills but it should be relevent or justified. It should be monthly bill not in this way to give one time bill for a year long. Kindly verify the issue and tell me proper amount i will pay surely. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
