South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — electricity theft

Already register a complain for electricity theft in my flat ..a local electrician was able to verify the theft doen from flat no 306.after we shut down the MCB ...the meter is still running .a unit of 1500 unit is being charged from me...I would not pay the bill...my complain no-1395918
no action taken by electricity board
my consumer no is[protected].As recorded by the machine the meter on 17th June 2019 the previous reading is 11975 and current readings was 13304
apprpx 1300 unit ...on 21 June it is 13456 in just 3 days.
a bill of 9263 has been charged from.my
when I called PESU they denied to check my online complain and said write letter and submit in the office then we will see the issue.
No assistance from anyone .
