Complaint no.[protected] dt 25 mar 2019 to south bihar power distribution company ltd.

I had lodged complaint through customer care for correction in excess meter reading of ca no.[protected] and meter no. S1341403 in respect of shri deepak kumar, residence of vill+ po-tilothu, dist-rohtas. Earlier, i had also personally visited sasaram for above cited subject in written application, but in both condition, they have not resolved the complaint. It is also stated that the behavior of staff is not good. Sir, please do the needful action.

Updated by [email protected] Reference your previous complaint no.[protected] dt 25 Mar 2019 and Complaint No.[protected] dt 26 Apr 2019 regarding excess meter reading of CA No.[protected] and Meter No.S1341403 in r/o Deepak Kumar

It is stated that I had earlier lodged complaint through customer care for correction in excess meter reading of CA No.[protected] and meter No.S1341403 in respect of Shri Deepak Kumar, residence of vill+ Po-Tilothu, Dist-Rohtas for the month of Jan, Feb and Mar 2019 and the complaint has been resolved. But, they have again sent excess meter reading bill for the month of Apr 2019 and it is mentioned in bill that door was locked while meter is installed outside the door, thus, there is no question of door is locked. This is not first time for door was locked found in bill, earlier, I have found number times for this. Sir, please do the needful action.

Sir,
I, Raj Kumar Singh, consumer id-[protected] in sbpdcl. Subject is that, there is no recording of meter in March 2019 and energy bill is generated on previous reading of meter on unauthorized basis.
So, i humbly request to you please correct it.
