I had lodged complaint through customer care for correction in excess meter reading of CA No.[protected] and meter No.S1341403 in respect of Shri Deepak Kumar, residence of vill+ Po-Tilothu, Dist-Rohtas. Earlier, I had also personally visited Sasaram for above cited subject in written application, but in both condition, they have not resolved the complaint. It is also stated that the behavior of staff is not good. Sir, please do the needful action.
