South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — excess bill

I received jan 2018 bill high that i never get usually. It happens once in a year. Its not good to see, please improve your services. So i want to get it fixed please. Or anything else happened so i need to get informed. It can may my mistake but please clear it. I need to see action soon and i want to see how soon you can fix it, its my request.
