South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — excess bill claimed

Sbpdc ltd. Has been issuing incorrect electric bill to food storage depot, pandeypatti, buxar since august-2019. After several requests, the combined electric bill showing wrong meter reading for the month of june & july-2019 was issued amounting to rs.66, 188/- which was paid within due date. Next month's (Aug-19) bill amounting to rs.95678/-was issued including previous payment. Against this, complaint was made to local office. Further, combined bill of aug & sept-19 was issued amounting to rs.1, 61, 997/-which was also wrong. Again complaint made by the fci, office and the bill was corrected and payable amount was fixed to rs.43, 022/- upto the month of sept-19 without any outstanding. Now, the bill of oct & nov-19 has been issued with incorrect meter reading (Previous & present reading are same) amounting to rs.99, 140/-.
Hence, it is requested to kindly direct the sbpdc ltd. To issue correct bill for the month of oct & nov-19 enabling this office to deposit the correct bill amount within due date. Our consumer no.- [protected]
