South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Excess billing (Bill no.[protected]/13.10.2020) CA No.[protected]

Respected Madam/ Sir,

I got the captioned bill by our regular meter reader, Sri Rakesh ji ([protected]). I am surprised to see the bill amount of Rs.2869/- (pay by date 28.10.2020) against my said CA number. An unexplained amount of Rs.2837.33 is appearing under the head "EXCESS DEMD CHG". I request you to kindly look into my past 3 years bills of the said CA number since its Installation, it will become evident that it is not in much use. Only minimum energy & fixed charges are there.

Sir, I am regularly paying the monthly electricty charges before the due date and such you are requested to give top priority for the redressal of my case by issuing the genuine bill.
