South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — frequent power cuts and low voltage issue

Respected sir,
This is regarding frequent power cuts and low voltage issue at my village tiwary chak under naubatpur block, patna. Verbal complaints has been done many times to local authorities including je/sdo of naubatpur but no actions have been taken so far. They have even stopped picking phone calls when i try to take updates on the complaints.
Thats why i am writing this formal complaints and expecting the earliest action on it

Sir as you know temperature has sharply risen in past few days, its causing lots of problem to women, children and old aged people. They are not able to study or do their normal work due to long power cuts.
One more thing sir, our village is at 5 km distance from naubatpur power grid but electricity reaches here taking the longest route (Almost 20km). We would request if it can reach our village via ibrahimpur, distance will be shortened and lots of electricity issues can be resolved. Kindly consider this request
I hope you would look into the matte at the earliest and redress out grivance.

On[protected] i submitted a complain for above issue to sdo electricity naubatpur. Yet no action taken by electricity department.
