There has been frequent power cuts from ist of june, 2018 till the time of complaint being lodged. Our consumer no :ca no :[protected]Old no : kud/ht-86n ht) : contract demand : 1000 kva and our industrial unit is a food processing unit which needs uninterrupted ht power supply. Due to such a situation, our production process has hampered to the highest extent and became totally unsuccessful in compliance of the commitment for supply of our product and became exposed to demerage/penalty due to non supply of products in time. Moreover, a huge quantity of raw material became degraded/ rotten remained in the process of production at the time of power cuts and the final products do not conform the standard quality norms set by the industry coupled with deterioration/damage of a huge number appliances due to frequent power cuts.
