Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect i would like to inform you that electricity meter(Meter no: S132972) has been installed in my premise in year 2016(tentative date 15.09.2016) thereafter it has neither got any issue/defect nor replaced, As we are not having much awareness about the electricity meter each and every year i am facing issue as assigned personnel who is taking reading on monthly basis is generating bill as meter defective(MD, A) and after 10-11 months showing ok(OK, N) and charging huge amount, i have complaint locally once however none has taken this into account and finally i paid the amount in 2019 again the same issue has been happened for the month of October 2020 the bill which has been given by the assigned personeel for October month is off Rs-158 however once i loggedin Suvidha app to pay amount i found the glitch and for the same month the bill has been generated of Rs 5930. which i am unable to pay i request you to take this into account at highest priority and take legal action against the concern person who is assigned to take reading and generate bills and resolve this ASAP, if its not getting resolved then i believe i will be bound to take this matter ahead legally as without meter having any defect i am getting the bill as meter defective and all of sudden without any complaint the meter is getting rectified and bill generated as meter OK.
I am attaching current month bill generated by assigned personnel of SBPDCL, and also the bill I fetched from the SBPDCL portal for the whole duration of Nov’19 to Oct’20 for your review.
once i called customer care at 1912 they explained me the above scenario why i am getting billed to high.
