South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — incorrect bill amount with respect to below than average consumption

I'm complain about SBPDC the dept. responsible for power dstr'tion in bhagalpur urban area.My avg. power consumption is below avg. as we use appliances : 3fans, 1refrigerator, 3cfls and a TV which are low power consuming, then why my bill amount goes Rs.1500/- to Rs. 2000/- p. month. Pl register complain about this and would like to ask for inspection for the same as soon as possible or else I would go to the higher authorities.
