Dear sbpdcl customer complaint team,
My consumer no is [protected] which is under buxar division, village PARSIA, TOLA-PARSIA PIN-802128.
This is to bring to your notice that the bills are being generated without taking any meter reading, which is irregular also (From last 2 years i have been paying bill without any reading of meter.the main issue is that in our meter is there but it is not connected for reading. That time also electricity engineer just put meter on house but they never set it up for reading.
One more thing is, although i am paying my bills online through SBPDCL website, but during complain it shows MY CA Number is not valid. Even the mobile number on the electricity bill is also wrong. I am shocked at how such types of mistakes are being done.
No one is coming for meter reading as well from last one year.
Plz take it on priority and kindly regularise it.
