South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Long power cuts especially during rain

Power cuts have become very common nowadays, during rainy season there are long hours of power cuts. Many a times power is out for continuously two days. The frequency of this mismanagement is quite high. I don't know why no solution is coming up after so much complains.
