South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — low voltage supply related.

I have been complaining a lot about the electricity voltage in my area and i did numerous number of complaints online. They call once and they ask about the same problem and they keep the phone down and after that complaints status is closed when i check it online. Where should it be escalated in order to avoid the closure without action..

This is the last complaint number which i did but same is closed without any resolution[protected]
