Sir, i am asha kumari, c/101, vrindavan apt., phase-ii, malahi-pakri chowk, k. Bagh, patna-20, consumer no.[protected]. I had informed the astt. Electric engineer, hanuman nagar, patna on 23.04.18 for replacing my defective meter (Letter no-dwo/750 dated 03.05.18). A new meter installed after intervention of mrs sangita prasad, agm (Revenue) on 11.06.18 but it is already defective. The june'18 bill (Rs 751) come to me with average billing and meter defect. Being a responsible citizen of india, bihar, i approached at least 10 times to junior electric engineer, hanuman nagar, patna, mr pankaj kr sharma on his mob.-[protected] and finally defective meter installed. It is the way to redress the problems of consumer? Once again, i request to the authority concerned, kindly check the meter and redress the problem. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
