South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — meter reader not visiting to residence

Electricity Meter Reader is not coming to our residence to record the latest consumption to generate the electricity bill.This is not happening with our neighbor but only us.We have to manually note down the meter reading and go to nearest electricity department JEE-Gardanibagh to get the bill generated and
pay it every time.
We have raised multiple complain regarding this on www.sbpdcl.co.in for ex complain # [protected], [protected] but they change the status to resolve without proper resolution and justification.

Also for complain # [protected] we reopened it thrice and they close it within couple of minutes without any action.
