South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — mf or load issue

My ca number is[protected]. My mf:1.00kw
But last month september bills shows of reading mf:2.4 kw which is not up to the mark because of this an extra amount of 720 rs added in my bill. I have already complained regarding this but there is no reaction from your concerned authority. So it is my humble request to solve my problem as soon as posible your instant reaction will be highly appreciated.
