South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — name correction is not done after complain, and ca no showing wrong in sbpdcl

My cansumer no. Is [protected] my present bill name is wrong and my actual name is tarkeshwar ojha. While i am going to submit
with uid proof the website show invalid cansumer no.
Another way i submit complain (complain no.[protected] in
sbpdcl portal. They sms me that your complain is resolved but actually my complain is not resolved.
So i requesting you looking into the above context, consider my fever as well as possible.
