South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — no electricity in my home

Address: Patna, Bihar, 800023

There is no electricity in lakshmi kuteer, just in opposite road of st karen's school, punaichak.
Please solve issue as soon as possible. This is from early morning. I called electricity office. They made a story that person is working on it and will be ok soon.in evening on same day their no is always busy and one time rang but did not pick up the phone. I feel miserable now as i donot know whom to contact.
