Hi my commercial electricity connection no. [protected] of sbpdcl in gaya district, not getting any bill receipt from august and despite of regular office visit it is not getting resolved, the latest bill which i got was in august and it shows an amount which was 6-7 times of my regular bill we have paid a regular amount in advance but we are waiting for the original bill which is taking a way long

My electric connection number is [protected] in village - Bilap, Bihta division.Earlier I used to get my bill amount through SMS on my Mobile no -[protected] which has been discontinued for the last few months. you may kindly take necessary steps so that the system is restored--

I am getting wrong bill amount with extra charges from august, that is not relevent. I have already complained in october but that is not considered till now.
