South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — office not issuing/relieving new dsI connection

Sir,
I visited to SBPDCL office phulwari sarif today (07/07/18) for new DS I connection. I put up duly filled application to AEE for approval but he denied to release the new DS I connection and directed me to approach organised camp for the same. I enquired about the date on which camp would be organised but they told me to find out from the public.On insisting AEE put the remarks on my filled application that "DS I connection will be released only in camp". I m not aware about camp place and date how can i approach them.

In view of the above it is requested that the above problem may be resolved or alternate solution be suggested at the earliest.
