I received bills of October and I paid them . Than successful email also come through SBPDCL ...
But i do not received acknowledge of receipt of my payment..
And
When i try to check the status of my payment it shows always the AUGUST month..
My account balance deducted and successful email also come but paid receipt not showing...

Please update soon..

The meter reading authority is not doing his work on the regular basis instead do an average meter reading as every time the same reading o[censored]nits is mentioned in the bill, this is a huge error on the part of the concerned authority, the consumer as well the government is becoming the victim, kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
