South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — power cut in my area from last 8 hrs

It is hereby informed that in my area babu ganj morh 12 patthar dehri on sone rohtas bihar power has been cut from last 8hrs, but there is no any working process started yet.
As you know this is the holy month of ramadhan. So it is very critical to survive without electricity in this worst weather.
I am insisting to you that please take necessary action for the same asap.
