I have complained earler on 10th august and my ticket no is 03224499. It is the case of failed transaction on 30th july of ₹14838 in paying electricity bill to sbpdcl through my icici bank app imobile. Transaction no is vin/payu money
/[protected]/2. I didn't get my money revert back yet into my icici bank account. Kindly resolve my complain.
