South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — regarding bill settlement

I have given many times complaints by calling customer care and visited electricity bord office. Each time my given complain is closed without
Solving complaints. No body taking any action on my given complain. I am getting too much high bill and my given latest comp. No is [protected].
Many times customer care without listens problems call has been disconnected. Office people also not listen my problem. Why closed given complain?
