I had call so many time in electric office & electric engineer also but can't received the proper response from last three hour one phase of electricity is shut down. Please short out to this problem as soon as possible.

Lastly I was paid my bill on 3rd March till now I will not getting my electric Bill so please take any action to get my Bill as soon as possible...

I am from Kankarbagh, The person which is responsible for changing the bulb used to absent from office (Kankarbagh office of SBPDCL) and other officers don't take any conciseness.
