South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — regular power cut

I live in new patna colony, beur, patna. There is daily power cut of 5-6 hours in one go excluding other cuts during whole day and night. We know that there is laying of wires going on but at least you people should inform us for the duration of power cut. Daily it hampers our routine and work schedule. How is this possible to sustain daily such long hours power cut? Please do something in this matter. At least provide information in the news paper for the cut.
