South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — suddenly power cut lead to theft

I would like to draw your attention towards sudden power cut in my area (Gola road chandrashekar nagar) which may led to theft. I m victim of that.
For instance yesterday there is long power cut time 9 pm to 11:45 pm. I have recording of that.
Kindly clarify it is from your side or it is deliberately cut by burglars.
We are very much in despair. Your one step of cooperation helps us to nab the culprit.
