Hi team,

I am so sorry to inform you that i am getting overcharged for what i am not using at all.

The house is locked since 2 years and i got to know that the bill due was 18000.
Which is impossible as there was not even a single bill which was lit.
I tried to inquire about it a lot in the local office but to the dismay there was no one who cared to respond properly or even hear the situation. This is purely theft. Where the bill amount should have been[protected]k approx i paid 18000.

Frustrate from the situation and as been charged so high i decided to disconnect the connection and submitted the application in the local office after clearing all the past due bills.

Now to my suprise in mere 1 month i again got a bill of 1113. This is seriously insane as the home is locked and no one is staying there even then how can the bill amount be so much and moreover i have already applied to disconnect the electricity so why should i pay the bill.

I would like to take this opportunity to bring the attention of higher authority to these corruption happening where people are charged like hell for what they are not using. I would like to enquire about the last 2 years bill amount and get a refund of the excess amount paid by me and also for the current bill please take action and disconnect the services and i am not going to pay anything now.
