South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Total consumption unit showing on electric bill is wrong

Sir my electric meter is functional. On 20.05.2021 meter reading given by meter reader was 163. On 20.06.2021 meter reading was 163. So difference is 0 . But on electric bill total consumption is shown 83.
For more than one and half month my home was locked and didn't used electricity. So kindly help to get total consumption be corrected. I will be thankful to you.
