South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — unexpected electricity bill for month of january 19

I am a domestic consumer in flat no -201, ss enclave apartment ashiyana digha road in patna.. My ca number is[protected]. I had regularly paid the electricity bill till 17/12/2018. My last bill[ dated 4/12/2018 ] was of rs 734 only and i paid the bill rs 728 on 17/12/2018.. I have no previous any dues. From dec 18 to till 31 th january 19 my flat is locked, and. No any enery was consumed by me. But on 21/1/2018 bill of rs 7043 raised for 2019/01. I can't understand this false bill.
So kindly look into the matter urgently.

Power not available in my house since night 1:00 AM. Please see my complaint.
I have tried to call on toll free number but my call not taken seriously. It's not good.
